1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and taka15 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). Access to or use of any part of taka15 constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. taka15 may modify these Terms at its sole discretion. Players will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable; however, it remains the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Registration & Account Eligibility

• You must be 21 years of age or older to register.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep it updated.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or use false identity details.
• Only one account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted.
• taka15 reserves the right to decline any registration without providing a reason.
• Accounts registered using VPNs, proxies, or anonymising services may be subject to additional verification.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳200.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are processed after successful identity and payment verification. Processing times vary by method but are typically within 15–30 minutes for verified mobile wallet withdrawals.
• taka15 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits and to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Any attempted chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent transaction claims will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

4 Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

• Bonuses and free play credits are issued at taka15's discretion and are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash equivalent outside of the defined wagering process.
• taka15 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus will result in disqualification from the promotion and account suspension.

5 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on taka15 are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and any other communication, the rules displayed within the game shall prevail. For sports betting, taka15 follows standard industry settlement rules. In cases of abandoned matches, postponed events, or technical errors, bets may be voided and stakes returned at taka15's discretion. Winnings resulting from manifest errors in odds, prices, or game mechanics will be voided.

7 Intellectual Property

9 Account Suspension & Termination

It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using taka15 complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
